1.Can I order sample to check your quality?
Yes, we can send the available sample in 3 days. New developing sample will need more time, about 7 to 10 days. We have
avedeveloping center preparing sample.
2.Can I add my logo or customize my own design? Can you make design for us?
Yes, we can put your logo on our products or develop your own design, minimum quantity is required. We can design artwork for your confirmation before making samples.
3.Do I need to pay for sample?
Small quantity of sample with unit price less than $5.00 is free of charge. Buyer is required to pay express charge for samples.
4.What's your MOQ?
Our minimum is 1 pair/pc for wholesale. from 100 to 800 pairs/pieces for mass production, Don't worry about quantity, we can find solution for you even you order small quantity. Please discuss with our professional sales team.
5.How can I make the payment?
Online Trade Assurance and Secure Payment are welcome. We also accept L/C,T/T,Western Union, Paypal etc.
6.When will you deliver my order after payment?
Our delivery time for mass production order is about 45 days. Our delivery time for wholesale order is from 2 to 15 days.
7.How can I know product cost?
We send spread sheets with details from which you will know our cost and product details. Please contact our sales team for spread sheets.
8.How can I know freight?
We have agreement with express and logistics companies to get cheaper freight rate. We can quote the freight according to order quantity and destination country.
