We're committed to providing a secure and fair marketplace for our buyers and sellers. To support this commitment, we've put in place rules and policies that govern our expectations of buyers and sellers, the actions we'll take to keep you safe, and how we'll protect you if something goes wrong.
Prohibited and restricted items

Money Back Guarantee policy
Djimart Money Back Guarantee covers most transactions on Djimart. It means buyers can get their money back if an item didn't arrive, is faulty or damaged, or doesn't match the listing.
Coverage, eligibility requirements, and exclusions
Djimart Money Back Guarantee applies when:
The buyer doesn’t receive an item
The item received by the buyer doesn’t match the listing, for example:
The seller sent the wrong item, or
The item arrives broken, damaged, or faulty
The seller doesn’t fulfil their return policy as stated in the listing
As a buyer, for your transaction to be eligible for Djimart Money Back Guarantee:
You must complete and pay for your purchase on Djimart.com using an eligible payment method checkout;
You must meet the requirements specified in this policy, including taking action within the required time frames;
The item may not be an excluded item or subject to any additional exclusions;
You may not seek resolution for the same issue by another resolution method
As a seller, for transactions where Djimart Money Back Guarantee applies:
You are responsible for delivering the item that was described in the listing, honoring your stated return policy, and providing a resolution when a buyer reports a problem with an order
If the purchase was completed on Djimart.com, you must meet the requirements specified in this policy, including taking action within the required time frames, even if the item was listed on a different Djimart site
Identity policies
We're committed to keeping our marketplace a safe place for all our members. To help validate the identity of our buyers and sellers, we require our users to adhere to certain policies.
Underage user policy
we require all our members to be aged 18 years or older.
Username policy
A username is the unique name used to identify yourself on Djimart. We have a few rules on what you can and can't include in your username.
False or missing contact information policy
We require all Djimart members to provide up-to-date and accurate contact information, including name, address and phone number.
Invalid and dead email addresses policy
It is the responsibility of every member to ensure their email account is valid, working, and accepting emails
Payment policies
In order to maintain a safe marketplace, sellers can only offer Djimart -approved payment methods in their listings.

Only payment methods offered at Djimart checkout are allowed.
Unpaid item policy
Buyers must pay for the items they purchase on Djimart within 4 calendar days. If the buyer doesn't pay within this timeframe, the seller can cancel the order and an unpaid cancellation will be recorded on the buyer's account.
Offering to buy or sell outside of Djimart policy
Offering to buy or sell outside of Djimart is not allowed. Buyers and sellers also can't share contact information, including email addresses and phone numbers, prior to completing a transaction on Djimart.
Abusive buyer policy
To help make buying on Djimart a safe and enjoyable experience, we've put in place a number of policies and guidelines. When you bid on or buy an item, you're agreeing to the rules we've put in place for our community. You can find out more details on these rules in the articles below.
This policy outlines our expectations for buyer behavior. When buyers don't meet these standards, sellers can report abusive behavior. Engaging in activity as described in this policy may result in a range of actions, including the loss of Djimart Money Back Guarantee coverage, issuing warnings to buyers, blocking buyers from requesting returns or refunds on Djimart, blocking buyers from opening claims, and account suspension.
Behaviors we don't allow
Don't demand something not offered in the original listing
Don't make false claims
Don't misuse returns
Don't misuse Djimart messaging or bidding
Don't abuse Djimart’s buyer protection programs or your payment service provider's dispute processes
Offering to buy or sell outside of Djimart policy
Offering to buy or sell outside of Djimart is not allowed. Buyers and sellers also can't share contact information, including email addresses and phone numbers, prior to completing a transaction on Djimart.
Buyers and sellers can't:
Engage in any action with a user on the site designed to complete or facilitate a transaction outside of Djimart
Share or request direct contact information prior to completing a sale
In any communications with another Djimart member, refer to or promote external websites that facilitate sales outside of Djimart
Use contact information obtained through an Djimart transaction to offer to buy or sell an item outside of Djimart
List an item and then mention or link to additional identical or related items for sale outside of Djimart
Offer catalogs or other items that are used to order items directly outside of Djimart
Host item descriptions or images outside of Djimart
Violation of the Djimart User Agreement policy
All Djimart users must comply with the Djimart User Agreement. Everyone registered on Djimart has agreed to comply with our User Agreement and all other site policies.
Comply with our policies about listing on Djimart
Provide complete and accurate information in their listings
Avoid relisting items that we removed because they violated a policy
Avoid providing false or incomplete information to circumvent our policies
Comply with our policies about how they use their account
Members must not do anything that might compromise the safety or integrity of the Djimart marketplace
Buyer claims must be quickly addressed, within Djimart specified timeframes
Members must not create additional accounts to circumvent selling restrictions, buying limits, suspension, or to manipulate any site feature
Selling an Djimart User ID or account without our permission is not allowed
Scraping or gathering information from Djimart to use on another site is not allowed
Comply with our policies about how they use our site features
